Cannot create badge

I want to make a badge for my group-owned game.

2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!

It won’t work
It had an error message and doesnt explain the error.

I cant post the image

3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Creator Hub?

I couldnt find anything helpful

Sorry it wont let me post the inage. Here is some info:

When I click create badge, it has an error message with no extra info. The owner of the group isnt id verified, does that have anything to do with it?

This is my badge image i made myself since it wont let me post the screenshot of the error

try converting the image to another format (Png, JPG, etc.) that roblox supports. Sometimes this can be a roblox servers issue.

Changing to JPG worked tysm!
