Cannot distribute Sound Effects uploaded by a Group

I have a very large problem that is preventing me from distributing my Sound Effects.
The moment I enable distribution and save, if I refresh, it’s undistributed and offsale.

I receive zero messages about this. Keep in mind that the account I’m using doesn’t own the group, but has developer permissions to manage group assets.

I’ve tried reuploading outside of the group, but it just doesn’t let me distribute at all if I do that, despite it being the exact same file.

This is the sound effect I am trying to distribute.

Expected behavior

I expect that the audio is correctly distributed and on-sale on the Store, and searchable.

I checked the network tab when trying to distribute, and found this. (This is a different group audio, the bug is affecting all audio)

Hi @AdminDolphinOFFICIAL, could you confirm that your user account is approved to distribute sound effects? You can check this by visiting https://create.roblox.com/settings/eligibility/audio-distribution.

I’ve tried reuploading outside of the group, but it just doesn’t let me distribute at all if I do that, despite it being the exact same file.

After confirming the above, could you also attempt to (1) reupload the sound effect under your user account; (2) wait a few minutes after uploading the sound effect and then refresh the asset configuration page; and (3) let us know whether you are able to distribute the audio?

I have checked, the account I am using does have permission to distribute audio.
It does go through for the group audio, however, when I refresh the page, its undistributed.

I have checked, and only one of the two reuploads I’ve uploaded under my user account lets me distribute.

I am able to successfully distribute user account assets, however the “reverting” effect, as seen in the video, happens under the group assets.

  1. The asset IDs you have seen this issue for (in addition to 133802669603179, referenced above).
  2. The ID of the group that you are attempting to upload/distribute these sound effects on behalf of.
  3. The ID of the account that uploaded these sound effects.
  4. The ID of the account that is attempting to distribute these sound effects on behalf of the group (if different from the above).
