Cannot grant package permissions to new users

Hello, I am trying to grant two new developers package permissions Ghettomilkman and Redman04, but whenever I add them in the package details screen, I am hit with a 403 response. This is inhibiting my workflow and halting progress on a lot of collaboration.

Expected behavior

I’d expect package updates to go through without a 403, as I own the package myself (not the group, myself)

Hey @Brick_man, could you see if you are able to grant them access via https://create.roblox.com/dashboard/creations/store/123/permissions (replacing 123 with your asset ID)?

If that still does not work, could you provide the following information?

  1. Are you also unable to grant Use access to these two users?
  2. Are you able to grant new Edit access to any other of your friends?

From the web, I was able to grant them permissions. It seems the one in studio just isn’t working even for other users. For some extra context, I have this game that uses the package under my group Moonstone Games, but the package itself is owned by my personal account.

Thanks for confirming that you were able to grant permissions via Creator Hub.
Are you still seeing this issue in Studio? We have been unable to reproduce this on our end.

If so:

  1. Does this occur when you try to share the package via a different game?
  2. Could you reproduce the issue and then share the logs with us (can be in a private message)? You can access the logs by selecting Help > Open Logs Folder from the menu bar or by following the instructions at https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016022492-How-to-Retrieve-Roblox-Studio-Logs.
