Cannot Link My Account to DevForum

I’ve created this account, interacted with several posts to obtain the member badge for the sole purpose of this bug report

No matter what, I cannot seem to log into the DevForum using my main account. I’m constantly greeted with this error

For context:

• 13+ and ID verified
• Phone & Email Verified
• I do NOT have an account linked to the forum (apart from this one, but its not sharing an email w/ my main)
• Nobody in my household has an account linked to DevForum
• Did not use a VPN or Proxy
• Tried on several browsers and devices

I will note that my account birthdate was long since CORRECTED from <13 to 13+, I believe this could be a potential culprit of the problem.

I have previously reached out to Roblox support with no luck! (staff, let me know if you need the reference #)

I believe this counts as a forum bug. To Report forum bugs, you might want to create a topic in Forum Help > Forum Bugs. If you can, try moving the topic to this catagory or create a new one there and this one gets locked

Remove one Email per account limit

This is because of Discourse limitations according to this post If any admins are reading this perhaps you could use randomly generated email addresses provided by roblox for this.

Hey, this is not a bug. As mentioned in the error message, you can only occupy one account per email address on the forum-side.

If you are wanting to log in with an account on email X and you get this error, log into previous accounts where you used email X and change the email address + log into the forum to update it away from X. After that, you can log into your intended account with email X.

We understand the limitation is annoying when you’ve forgot all the accounts where you used email X but this is not a bug. We have plans to improve it in the future, but not soon.

It looks like you’re correct, I’ve went through all my accounts under the affected email and I’m encountering the error, but it works fine on other emails. It looks like there could be an account I forgot about that is already linked
