Cannot open RBXL file?

Im not sure what catagory this suppose to go in so I chose this.

Hello, Developers
recently, ive hired someone to create a map for me, and when he sent me the file to it, iam unable to open it, it gives me the following error:

Is this a error on my end or theirs? And is there any way to fix this? If so then thank you.

I suspect that that is an issue on your end (although not 100% sure).

If you restart your computer, then try, does it work?
Are you on the latest version of Roblox Studio?
Does opening other files work?

Roblox studio is up to date and ive tried restarting my computer as well, and all other files I open do work.

Is the person you got it from able to open the file?
