When I publish updates to my main game, everything works fine, i can publish with no issue, but when I try to publish it as a backup/copy inside of the main game as a place, or if I try to publish it from a file to roblox, place, or even as a new game, it just says internal server error and it takes a long time to publish compared to the main game’s publishing time

Ah, this reminds me of my old days developing. Have you tried to import the backup and then publish? If so, have you tried to see if there were any thing that isn’t fully saved?
I’ve tried saving it locally, it still won’t work, even worse before today, i could ONLY UPDATE THE MAIN GAME and it did it in seconds, when it’s gonna error it takes a whole 2 mins to say that it failed
Upload to other places, nuh uh, upload as a place inside of it, nuh uh, update as itself, noooo

nothing, i just code some bug fixes, mechanics, etc and hit publish
i sent him the same file i was having trouble publishing too

no, I have verified my ID and my game has guns and zombies
I just uninstalled roblox studio and reinstalled, this let me update the main game once but after that the bug is still here???
I tried publishing in other places that are private and it works but it doesn’t for my main game??? I tried everytthing I listed above again and it still won’t work
It also seems like only I am getting this issue for no reason because all of the other posts on this are from 2024

this has been happening for MONTHS and has already been reported MULTIPLE times, and roblox has done NOTHING to fix it yet,
also why does publishing to a separate place take AGES?? its ABSURD,
publishing to the place you’re already in takes just 3 seconds, while if you try to publish as a specific place it will take MINUTES, that makes ZERO sense, fix it already
YES, i really hate this bug, you need to try the alt fix, it works but if you have to deal with building or plugins, you are gonna need your main or redownload all your plugins
