Summary
Our experience The Butchery (by chubby_baby7) is currently labelled Restricted (17+). After implementing compliance changes aimed at Moderate (13+), we attempted to re-submit the Maturity & Compliance Questionnaire but cannot complete it because the Submit button is disabled with this message: “This experience currently has a restricted label and cannot be changed to another content maturity label.”

What changed (completed):
- Removed all gore (no dismemberment/viscera or graphic injury detail).
- Limited blood effects to brief/light or stylized; no pooling/splatter walls/persistent decals.
- Removed empty alcohol bottles and any alcohol references.
- Updated public-facing assets: description is now all-ages appropriate (no “blood/gore” phrasing). (We can also adjust thumbnails/icons as advised.)
What we tried:
- Retook the questionnaire, but it was blocked.
- Appealed previously; suspension was removed but maturity label remained Restricted.
- Filed another appeal; received a generic policy links response.
- Reference ticket: #134190666 (happy to provide any additional IDs via DM).
Request
- Please (a) perform a manual re-review and relabel the universe to Moderate (13+), or (b) temporarily unlock the questionnaire for this universe so we can resubmit with our updated answers and descriptors.
We appreciate any guidance on the correct pathway for re-evaluation when an experience is Restricted and the questionnaire is locked. Thank you for your time and for helping us align this popular horror experience with the 13+ criteria.
