Summary
My experience Cali Hood 2 (by: 1swipingfraud) is currently labeled as Restricted 18+ due to realistic/heavy blood. After we made changes to the experience completely removing blood/gore, After we attempted to resubmit a maturity label and we got the message " This experience currently has a restricted label and cannot be changed to another content maturity label."
What we changed
- Removed ALL Blood/Gore
What we tried
- Retook questionnaire and it was blocked
- Filed an appeal to Roblox support and got told “We’re unable to provide you with any further information or responses” after telling me I’m able to change the content maturity which took 4 weeks for a response (#137677424)
- Created another ticket and I got a similar response (#140839743)
Requests
- I request that someone in the Roblox team will do a manual re-review and relabel the experience to Moderate 13+
