Cannot save accessory to Roblox

Whenever I try to upload my accessory, I get the error showcased on the attached image. (“Handle has invalid properties: UnscaledCofm, UnscaledVolInertiaDiags, UnscaledVolInertiaOffDiags, UnscaledVolume. These properties may be numeric values with NaNs or Infs, strings longer than 2000 characters, or BinaryStrings longer than 15000 characters.”)

This is the hierarchy of my accessory, and I wanna note no such properties can be found in Handle.

What do I do?

Alright I have changed the category, I do not usually post here so i was not aware

I have fixed it by (in Blender) selecting my objects, doing CTRL + A, and clicking “Rotation & Scale”. You have to be in Object Mode.

I am having this issue too & applying transforms is not resolving it.
EDIT: I was able to work around this by pasting the mesh ID I wanted to use into a different meshpart instance that had been uploaded previously - maybe some sort of change to the import process is causing the issue?

Hey guys! I found how to fix it easily

  1. Select Handle part
  2. Select MeshId and remove it
  3. Undo changes CTRL+Z

Done, error disappear

thank u so much! Actually saved my life. I was getting very frustrated that i still couldnt upload any pbr UGC

We’ve changed the category of this issue so it could be assigned a bug ticket. I’m glad you’ve found a short-term fix, but we want to fix this properly.

does anyone have an example Instance that they can give me so I can take a look into this?

I’m also interested in getting a copy of the example instance to see if we can fix it on our end. Thank you!

a fix is rolling out for this. This should be resolved by later today

I’m now having a very similar but slightly different bug & the workarounds in the above thread are not resolving it. Happy to provide the rbxm privately if you want. It gets the green “Passes Validation” text on the initial page and then fails after uploading with the message “Content does not pass validation rules: Mesh scale is too small.”

Would a copy still be needed? I have them in my files (sorry for VERY late response!)
