My device (which had an authenticator app I used for two step vertification on roblox) stopped working, resulting in me not being able to sign into roblox. I have contacted roblox support to disable two step vertification numerous times over the past few days from the email associated with my account with my password, billing information, and more information that proves that I own the account yet apparently it isn’t enough to verify ownership.
