Cannot upload UGC item although I meet the requirements

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    I want to upload an UGC item I’ve recently finished.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    I cannot upload the UGC despite meeting all requirements:

  • Having ID verification
  • Having more than 750 robux in my account
  • Having the item pass UGC verification
  • Being the owner of the group
  • Having Premium 1000
    I’ve uploaded UGC in the past so this shouldn’t happen either; I haven’t been moderated too so it shouldn’t be an account issue.

My issue is that the button appears disabled when it should be enabled:

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Creator Hub?
    Tried restarting studio, closing and opening the window, changing meshes, etc.

I’m pretty sure your problem comes from not having anything on the description field. It may not be empty
