My roblox community COLES_AC’s Games has got funds in it and I cannot take it out my group is almost 1 month old and I still havent been able to use them does anyone know why?

it does this for groups a month old or groups who had there owner changes in the past month
One of the images says that group was created on “Sep 27, 2025”. So I guess it is bit too new to collect the funds. OP has to wait for prob 1-2 days before redeeming their funds.

I just checked one of my placeholder groups payout section, where only payout receiver is group. I get same error banner.
However, one of developer groups in which I work, we have split payout between me and 2 others + group gets a percentage. It for some reason doesn’t get same error banner, even though we have only about 20 robux in funds.
What I think is the issue here, is you don’t have enough people to split between the funds. Try adding yourself into the payout section, and configure the payment percentage to your liking.
