I am attempting to verify my ID to be able to publish to users under 16, but I am unable to as the verification system refuses to accept my ID.
In the state I live in, people with IDs that are under 21 will receive one that is formatted vertically/in portrait. The system Roblox uses does not accept this, I have tried rotating my ID in different directions and taking pictures in different lighting. I even went back to the DMV and retook the actual photo on the ID, not even that worked. Some sort of assistance would help.
I have already verified via selfie, but that does not allow me to publish to users under 16.
Expected behavior
I expect it to accept my ID and allow me to publish to users under 16.
