So when I try to reverify my phone number (It got removed I almost lost my account so I contacted support) and I cannot receive the SMS message. I tried multiple formats and checked the country code it still wouldn’t work. Though when I verify my phone number on other websites, I received the SMS.
Checked blacklist no Roblox on it.
Expected behavior
Receive the verification code.

What country is your phone number registered in? AFAIK Roblox “shadowbans” certain countries’ numbers due to abuse.
My phone number worked before so I am not shadowbanned and I don’t want to reveal my country
Also an admin private messaged me to use Roblox Support instead but the Support is broken
Ok ok I’ll tell you it’s +852. I used multiple devices, accounts and formats, same result, no SMS or WhatsApp. Roblox Support doesn’t try to help me (they thought I don’t know how to verify my phone number not having an issue with it). And it’s already October but still not verified! I really appreciate some help.
Hong Kong, I’d assume it’s excluded due to its close proximity to China.
