Can't change Member role group permissions

I can’t change the permissions of the Member role from the Creator Hub. This is happening to ONE specific group - I tried this on a different group that I own and it works as expected.

To reproduce:

1. Go to the creations tab of a group
2. Under the Collaboration menu, choose Roles
3. You will see the Member role’s permissions show up
4. When you try to change the permissions of this role, you should get the following message after you save the changes:

BUT for this group in particular, called Insane Game Show, when I try to update the Member role’s permissions, I get met with this error message:

Now, strangely enough, for this affected group, I can still change the permissions of the other roles, but the Member role is the only one affected by this bug.

Expected behavior

The group Insane Game Show’s Member role permissions should be able to be changed when I save changes, but instead it returns an error.
