This doesn’t appear to be a bug, the linked DM is intentionally locked. Closing out this thread as it is not a bug.

I was told to contact them if I had additional comments. I can’t do that without DMing them, which can’t be done without some kind of help
This is not a technical issue with the forum so this is closed out from the pov of being a bug.
What else should I do in that case? I literally have no idea how to get a hold of them. I even replied to the email I was previously sent instructions from without answers.
