Can't contact roblox support

This is a support category for asking questions about how to get something done on the Roblox websites or how to do something on Roblox applications such as Roblox Studio.

I want to finally contact roblox support, and I mean real people, and not Ai bot what just deny my request for a reason that my accout “unverified”.

This Ai just says “I’m unable to proceed with your request because your account could not be verified”, and asks for creating a NEW account. My email address is verified.

I couldn’t find a solution on developers hub, it may not exist or maybe I am blind.

So the situation is kinda weird, but I will tell everything I remember.
I am 14 years old who can’t afford robux. Asking mom? No. I don’t want to ask someone for this.
I am using gift cards pins what I am getting from microsoft rewards, and todays night (like in 3 AM in Tallinn) I redeemed my gift card for 1000 robux, but what is this account?? I never created it, but my email address is linked and verified on it. I also to not lose it linked my phone number and verified my age from taking a pic (it placed that I am 18-20 years old but I’m 14 years old lol)
Well, I think microsoft rewards created this account for me, because join date right exactly 19th of july 2026. When I tried to redeem it first try, I saw that I’m not on my main account. I don’t know why I just didn’t logged out and logged in my main account, but I just said “hell no”, and closed the site, and came back by just googling “roblox gift card redeem”. Why didn’t I checked on what account I am? I don’t know, but I redeemed my gift card on this random account, and not my main.
I can provide any proofs to roblox support, but this deny my request, and asks me to create a new account, and lose all the robux. This amount of robux is needed for me to make my game public for all ages, I don’t want to lose it. I really want to get help, and get it so bad that I am writting it here

Because you are underage, you need to talk to your parents about this. When I was your age, I had similar hurtles with development and the best thing you can do is promote a positive, open dialogue with them to explain what you need and why. Roblox expects you to speak to your parents because you’re a minor-- simple as that.

And how my mom will help me with deny? Like she should create an account, confirm that she’s an adult, and then write in a roblox support using her email? How I know, even if she will be allowed to do this, her request will be denied because accounts are linked to other emails

So if I am understanding correctly, you redeemed robux on the wrong roblox account? If you have a group that you own on your main account it’s possible you could create an asset, sell it, have the alt account purchase it with robux and have your robux transferred to your group. Then you could still techincally get some of our redeemed robux.

Wait, this is kinda smart because I tried to buy a gamepass but of course roblox blocked this. Never thought about roblox groups. Thank you, but I don’t own any group on my main account

I believe the cost of creating a new group is 100 robux (not 100% sure). If you have atleast 100 robux on your main account you can create one at any time still.

Yeah, it cost 100 robux. I’ve got only 50 lol
If I had 100 robux, I’d make it, but maybe if I’ll not lose access to this account, when I get 100 robux I can get other, but thanks for helping!
