Can't create new commerce items (hidden rate limit?)

I had to delete all of my products on Shopify due to a bug with a third-party app, and thus I had to delete and attempt to re-create all the Roblox commerce items. When I tried to do this, a few Roblox commerce items were created, but the rest failed. Since 2025-05-28T04:00:00Z, I haven’t been able to create any new Roblox commerce items or update my imported Shopify catalog.

When trying to create Roblox commerce products from an imported Shopify item, I continuously get an internal 500 error:

{"errorMessage":"An unexpected error has occurred.","failureReason":"internalError","merchantPurchaseError":null}

Additionally, when trying to import commerce items from Shopify, it doesn’t seem like the imported catalog on Roblox seems to update with the Roblox app on Shopify anymore. Not sure what happened.

My assumption is that I hit a potential rate/upload limit, but there isn’t any documentation to know whether or not I’ve actually hit this or if I ran into a bug. Any help and/or information would be appreciated.
