Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with Roblox’s new default Shop UI. I can’t seem to disable it in my experience, and players are able to purchase old limited items that should no longer be available.
Does anyone know how to completely disable this new Shop UI? This is pretty urgent since players can currently buy items they’re not supposed to have access to.
Expected behavior
The new default Roblox Shop UI should be possible to disable completely. When disabled, players should not be able to access the Shop UI or purchase old limited items that are no longer intended to be available.

There are two entry points to the shop UI, the global shop icon and the hamburger menu. You’ve disabled the global shop icon, but are players still accessing the shop through the hamburger menu? To remove the shop from the hamburger menu, use the following in a client-side script:

StarterGui:SetCoreGuiEnabled(Enum.CoreGuiType.ExperienceShop, false)
Furthermore, I recommend explicitly marking your products as offsale in the creator hub if you don’t want anyone to be able to purchase them. Although the above step will remove the shop UI, savy users may still be able to directly make scriptable API calls to purchase items if they aren’t marked as offsale.
