Can't duplicate ads in Ad Manager (Classic)

I wasn’t able to find any posts regarding this - I’m not able to duplicate previously run ads in the Ad Manager Classic page for my ad campaigns. It’s really annoying because some of the search topics are annoying to find and would be easier to just duplicate an ad I’ve already run. To add to that, the search terms that are in those previously run ads don’t show up half the time (assuming the page allows me to type the search term without erasing it).

The reason I’m creating this as a bug report is because the new Ad Manager page doesn’t have this issue. Trying to hit the ‘duplicate’ button on an ad tells me I don’t have a payment method on file (I use credits bought converted from Robux). It’s really annoying & time consuming because I utilize both ad managers.

Expected behavior

Expected(?) Behavior: The Ad Manager (Classic) sees I have available credits and allows me to duplicate an-already run ad with the original search terms (search experience ad).

And I will provide an update when resolved!

Seems to be working! I was able to get to the duplication screen and this works for recently run ads. I tried to duplicate an older ad (the one that has disappearing search keywords) and received this error:

I’m assuming it’s because for whatever reason some of those keywords aren’t currently in the keyword list?

Yea, you are right, search keywords updates periodically so it is possible the old campaign’s keyword does not exist in the latest keyword pool.
