After changing the price of a developer product, the ‘Save Changes’ button is not selectable.

most likely a small bug
did you try changing the product in the engine settings itself?
As a workaround, open devtools and inspect the save button and/or the price input field and delete the “disabled” attribute on the HTML elements. They will still look greyed out, but they’ll be usable.
