Can't get access to a place from my experience, it's been 48 hours and the problem persists

I’m trying to access a place in my experience but it keeps pumping out the same error…

Hi, thanks for reporting this. Based on the server logs, it looks like your place is running out of server memory.
I’d recommend looking through community articles and using the available memory profiling and optimization tools to reduce your game’s memory usage.

but how can i change how this particular place uses memory when i can’t even access said place in question…

You can download the place locally using:

https://assetdelivery.roblox.com/v1/asset/?id=[YOUR_PLACE_ID]

After making the necessary optimizations, save it back to the original place.

Alternatively, you can also go and revert to an older version from Creator Hub > Creations > Places > ..
