Can't import roblox character into blender: "OBJ Export: No information to write"

Hello everyone.

Currently trying to make GFX for Roblox thumbnails and for some reason I can’t import the character into blender. I’ve tried everything from just importing the accessories and importing the character fully as a OBJ file, but nothing seems to work? I keep getting this error that just says “OBJ Export: No information to write.”

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure you are trying to import the file? The error message kind of sounds like as if you were trying to export it…
Also, what version of blender are you using?
