We are trying to upload videos into our licensed experience but we keep getting hit with the following error message. We have tried uploading on multiple accounts and get the same message. The videos are compliant with the documented limits and constraints, so we don’t know what the problem is.

Hi there, it’s possible that the .mp4 you have has multiple video streams. We only allow for one video stream per file that way we don’t use the incorrect one.

Per our follow up discussion, issue was a second video stream with a png thumbnail. Converting the video to use only one video stream solved the issue. Thanks for your patience!
