Can't Join/Edit Any Games

This isn’t reproducible because I have no idea how I did and it happens on all places.
I’ve reinstalled ROBLOX studio and player already and I don’t know why it won’t work.

What happens:

  1. I go to a game page or the developer page.
  2. I click Edit or Play
  3. Nothing happens

What I’ve done to try and fix it:

  1. Re-installed studio
  2. Restarted my computer
  3. Allowed it through my firewalls
  4. Ran a live update on Norton (fixes a similar problem)
  5. Cried

I hope this bug isn’t too minor to post on dev forums.

Extra: I recently connected to my college’s internet (ethernet cable) but to my knowledge they don’t block anything.

uninstall norton (don’t panic, I know it’s a pain to remove viruses like norton)
update internet explorer
delete all files on your computer that are related to roblox manually
delete all registry keys for roblox
