It appears that you’re selecting a group of parts, which you can’t union.
i only selected two parts, they’re not groups or something
What happens when you select one part?
You can’t turn meshes into Unions (if that’s what you were doing). Otherwise make the part visible instead of transparent and try again (might work).
its already a union from the start, the mesh on the left is just a reference for me to make the car
Oh, maybe try and seperate some of the parts and negate it before you union it all together? If you get desperate you could always manually make the gap with multiple parts, which is never a good solution.
