Can't play my game

I recently created a place, I tested everything (On roblox studio playtest) and it seemed that everything was alright, but when I went to play it I couldn’t enter, I’m stuck at the ‘‘Joining game…’’ screen, anyone knows why?

Shut down all servers of the game, and refresh the page. If that does not work, try to reinstall Roblox, or Roblox could possibly be down.
