I can not turn my game public because it says either paid access or private servers need to be turned off.
I have private servers on and paid access off but it still wont let me publish it.

It says that you need to turn off paid access OR private servers. You said that you have private servers enabled. I recommend turning private servers off and see if that works.
As I said I have paid access off and only private servers on so there shouldnt be any problems.
Private Servers stop you from changing Playability, since you could make the game private and stop people from playing those private servers, which could possibly be paid.

Hi! Can you try disabling private servers before changing the playability, and see if that allows you to make changes?
I already tried that and other Methods like turning paid access on and off. I have even reinstalled studio and Roblox. Nothing seems to work for me. I also experience the bug on old accounts and new ones
