hello everyone! so apparently, my account’s password has been reset by Roblox for absolutely no reason and now I can’t restore it since there was no email linked to it. when i try to log in, it says that i must contact the support and the password was reset, though when i contact support, it just says that there is not enough information to verify my account’s ownership. i have the old password that was correct before this incident, the last .ROBLOSECURITY token and devices that the account was played on, as well as other information that i may remember. how can i restore my account? (its user is uWerQy)

What makes you conclude that it’s Roblox who changed it, especially as you have no email linked and hence wouldn’t have received a notification about it?
look at the image. it shows when I’m trying to log in using the password that was valid BEFORE its reset. and also it reads: “for the safety and security of your account, your Roblox password has been reset.”

Realistically, as you don’t have an email or phone linked to the account, it is unlikely that you’ll get it back.
It’s key that you link all accounts to an email / phone number.
yeah, I know, but i have the old password and the last ROBLOSECURITY token in its fullest. and also, while I was seeking for a solution, i saw that there were people who got to restore their accounts without having anything linked, thus it is possible
