Can't rotate Roblox Character Lower Arm in Blender

I was doing a Roblox GFX and when I tried to rotate character lower arm it doens’t rotate. I tried everything and searched everything about it.

Im pretty sure its how it was rigged, but I’m not entirely sure.

I alreadly solved. It’s not a bug, or something like that. Every rig is like that, all you need to do is just rotate the arm to the oposite direction, so the lower arm can rotate to the Z axis. It was just my foolish

u using Inverse Kinematics ? cuz i dont think that makes sense
