Hi, my game’s visibility was hidden due to a moderation review last week but it is currently back to it’s normal state. The problem my partner and I are encountering is we can’t sponsor and promote our game. When we run an ad, it says active but does not use any ad credits. It seems promoting is disabled or dysfunctional entirely for our game. This is killing our game and we don’t know what to do. We don’t want to reupload the game to a different place and run into the same issue. Can we get some help?
Expected behavior
When we run the ad, we expect it to start running at the scheduled time. When we do run it, and it becomes active, it doesn’t spend any ad credits and doesn’t work at all.
