Can't upload game icon

I was trying to upload the icon for my game but this error keeps showing up… the console gives an error, i attached screenshots.

You should just wait a bit, you could be getting rate limited by the ROBLOX website.

Try clearing your browsers cache for the roblox website, and relogin.

I’ve had this issue before. Just turn off your adblocker then try again.

thing is i tried on mobile, on pc, even my friend tried with his account

try renaming the file, if that doesnt work just go ahead and contact roblox support

i contacted roblox and they fixed it.
