Can't use Immersive Ads because "Pending Questionnaire Review" won't update

I completed my game questionnaire over three weeks ago, but the eligibility status is still stuck on “Pending Questionnaire Review”. Because of this, I’m unable to enable Immersive Ads in my game.

Expected behavior

I expect the pending state to update.

Mine also says “Pending Questionnaire Review” despite “Complete the Maturity & Compliance Questionnaire” being checked off on the eligibility list.

Same for me, I’ve finally got back up to 3k monthly active users with everything checked off but it’s still pending review after months. @superburr0 who should we contact about getting this fixed?

Hi all,

Thank you for flagging. We are digging into the requests from all on this post.

As a note - when you update your content maturity questionnaire, we currently pause ads while the questionnaire is being reviewed to ensure that ads only run in brand safe environments.

We are aware of extended review timelines and are working on a fix for this.

Still an on-going issue. Thread needs bumping until resolved platform-wide. Highly popular game is stuck with this review and now I’m losing out hard because of this endless “review”.
