title. i get the default error page on all forum.roblox.com pages right after the name change. help 
Works fine for me, my username is Front_Pages, no errors.
looks like they reverted the update almost at the same time my name was changed. my account wasn’t corrupted, was it?

Seems to be some issue with long usernames as well now, long usernames = website breaks, short usernames = website works fine

I am having issues with Narbra_Walters. Just gives me an error. A user named 4_2 told me it is an issue also.
Have you tried logging out of ROBLOX and back in. Is this still a problem. Need more info.
I have tried from multiple devices, various browsers, and also tried clearing browser data to make sure everything was a clean slate. Also did a basic log-out log-in cycle. This does not happen when I am not logged in with an underscore.
Possible pointer to the problem:
I was able to view the Clans and Guilds forum once. One thing I noticed was that none of the authors had an underscore name. Could it be the forums trying to display underscore’d names? Although, as I stated previously, I can view the forums just fine so long as I’m not logged in.

The forums really need an upgrade anyway, they’re old, barely work, heck they even go by username. When you change username, it clears all your posts because the posts are attached to the username instead of user id.

I can confirm this is happening to my friend “undefined_meme”, who showed me through screenshare. He tried going on his alternate account that doesn’t have an underscore and it works perfectly fine.
I’d try myself just to ensure it isn’t a secluded issue but I don’t want the ugly bubble on my profile

In all sub-forums, the issue arises when anyone else with an underscore in their name tries to get displayed in the “Author” table column. If none of the recent authors’ names contain an underscore, the page will display correctly. This is only an issue when logged in with a name that also has an underscore.
Fix pls.

I can use the ROBLOX Forums just fine, and there are several names with underscores as recent posters.
The issue is fixed for Narbra_Walters.
I think @ReeseMcBlox should actually be called ReeseMcsoon_tm lol 
Still broken for Mister_Mystery.
We will be fixing this but it won’t be fixed for all users all at once. So please bear with us as some users with underscores can visit the forums and more will be able to over time.
