Uncontrollable flashing and flickering caused by UIGradients

Recently we noticed in an in-development experience as well as a live experience (note: we only experienced these issues on PC) where GuiObjects with UIGradients in them when in movement or when changing size in response to a player’s Viewport changing size are causal to flickering and intense flashing.
