I am looking for feedback on my game Car Wars
- What is your opinion on Car Wars?
- What would you change to improve the like/dislike ratio?
More Information:
Around 2 weeks ago a friend of mine and I published a “Car Wars”. In it players choose a car and a weapon and then battle themselves in TDM and FFA. The weapons are supposed to be mostly balanced - motivated by the gun balancing in phantom forces.
After a some advertising, the game got traction and is having a playerbase of around 15 - 70 CCU as of now. While we build a dedicated playerbase and have quite some players with a playtime of 5h and above. But our like to dislike ratio is keep going down.
In our group wall and ingame people complain about the amount of tryhards and that they are being destroyed by more experienced players. We suppose this is one main reason for the large amount of dislikes.
FYI 1.:
- We plan to add 5s spawn protection in FFA
- We want to remove the health steal effect and add 20% health gain on every kill and add repair packs on the map
FYI 2.:
Our average session time and retention is decent, but we already created plans on how to improve these metrics. The monetization on the other hand is insane, with a 1.9 Robux / DAU on average or around 1x to 2x the top 5000 experience in daily revenue. We suppose this is a key reason why the algorithm pushes our game.
