If that is true then he bugged it very well! I saw others selling it for 1R$ but they were able to be purchased.
Just a guess… is it that bug where the user phramed gets the 1 R$, but the hat isn’t sold, thus generating ROBUX?
That’s a serious matter if thousands and thousands of players tries to buy it from him.
^ Just a speculation on a previous similar case. I suggest some quick investigation, however.
i assume he’s just using a bot to put them up for sale and instantly taking them down again, thus timing-out everyone’s dialog boxes
So another bot could purchase them all and ruin his day? 
The people on that thread are a special breed of stupid. I see this 1 R$ glitch all the time, it’s nothing site-breaking and the hat is usually down within a few hours.
I don’t think this glitch generates ROBUX, because if you put an item for sale for 1 R$ you get 0 R$ in return:
What happens is that the hat goes up for 1 R$ and many people try to buy it at the same time. One person does get it, but it remains up there for a while, bugged as all hell.
