Apologies for delay in getting back to you. In Q42025 roblox web has switched over to the taxonomy navigation system. I noticed that in the screenshot and video your urls are still on category and subcategory which may be the reason why you are experiencing this bug. One possible explanation is that your user might be in a legacy experiment group. But as of 2026 this should be rotated over. Can you verify if you can still reproduce this issue today?
