I’m making a new report to reopen discussion on this previous topic as I believe it’s still not fixed and is affecting my catalog item’s visibility.
My UGCs are being recommended the same batch of items even nearly two months after publishing. It’s always these same 7 bundles being recommended, specifically with bundles.
As you can see from the images I’ve provided, these recommendations have nothing to do with the bundle viewed. I believe it’s severely affecting the visibility and discoverability of my bundles.
I also have an example two very similar accessories of mine having very different recommendations - one is spot on and recommending relevant items, while the other’s is completely wrong, despite being a very similar (almost identical) item.
I believe this has affected each item as seen by the favourites on each: 91 favourites on the item with poor recommendations, and 980 favourites on the item with good recommendations.
This has been replicated on two different accounts across multiple devices on the website and app. It appears to only recommend the best selling of the corresponding item’s category, even though they are completely irrelevant to the item being viewed.
