Ladies and gentlemen, I come bearing grave news from the frontlines of analytics. Our dear Roblox Developer Stats page, in its noble quest to quantify daily activity, has stumbled upon a linguistic landmine.
Behold, the horror:
Daily active users: 1 users
Yes. 1 users.
One. Singular. Uno. Solo. Yet somehow… plural?
Steps to Reproduce:
- Make an amazing game that attracts the consistent attention of exactly one loyal player (me).
- Visit the Creator Dashboard.
- Weep.
Screenshot for evidence:
Expected behavior
When the average daily active user count is 1, the label should lovingly say:
“1 user” – a beautiful, grammatically sound tribute to my lone visitor.
While the actual actual behavior is:
The dashboard boldly claims: “1 users”, which is not only incorrect, but deeply offensive to the lonely.
Impact:
This bug has caused:
- Severe emotional distress to single users who feel invalidated.
- Grammar teachers across the globe to spontaneously combust.
- My cat to look at me funny.
Please fix this. The one user deserves better.
