Welcome to CE Resorts!

Capt’n Enzo is a world-class resort where you can enjoy a trip to a small piece of paradise! We at Capt’n Enzo strive to make our resort as inclusive, enjoyable and relaxing for all!

Our mission statement is to provide first-class amenities and services to our guests and provide a flourishing work environment for all wishing to join our crew.

Whether you are enjoying our facilities or operating them, we hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise at Capt’n Enzo!

🏨 Join our Staff Team

Resort Guest → Trainee
You can become a trainee by applying at our Application Center. If you don’t want to become a trainee, you can always INSTANTLY become a staff member.

🔺 How to Join Staff & Promotions

Trainee → Junior Staff
To be promoted from Trainee to Junior Staff, you must complete a training. During a training, you will be taught on the essentials for your job at the resort! Whether it’s checking someone into a room, helping someone navigate the resort, or simply helping a guest, trainings will prepare you for these scenarios! Trainings are announced on the group shout and discord #session-notifications. If you don’t want to wait, you can always INSTANTLY receive this rank.

Junior Staff → Intermediate Staff
To become an Intermediate Staff, you must earn 100 points. A point is earned each time you check someone in, or check someone out. If you are busy, or want to rank up quicker, purchase the Double Points gamepass.

Intermediate Staff → Experienced Staff
To become an experienced staff from an intermediate rank, simply earn 300 points! You can speed this up with the Double Points gamepass.

Experienced Staff → Intern (MR)
To become an Intern and get admin commands, you can either PURCHASE the rank or apply on our Discord.

Intern (MR) → Beyond
To rank up beyond that, please visit our Admin guide on promotions.

📜 Staff Rules
  1. Follow all game rules
  2. Do not evade higher-ups
  3. Listen to higher-ups (unless they are telling you to break the rules)
  4. Be professional and respectful to all staff and guests
  5. Use a level of English (or other applicable languages) that can be easily understood by others
  6. No asking for promotions
  7. You must wear the uniform (or official merch) at all times unless you are Vice Chairman+

All members of our staff team (LR-SHR) must follow these guidelines
LRs will receive 3 warnings, and then will be demoted or terminated - MR+ will receive a strike
All punishments are appealable via !appeals on our Discord

📋 Game Rules
  1. Be civil and respect everyone
  2. No trolling
  3. No spam or advertisement
  4. No caps abuse or emoji abuse
  5. No malicious threats
  6. No abusing unpatched bugs (including game bugs, bypassing censor, etc)
  7. Do not exploit
  8. DoXing and DDoSing is highly prohibited
  9. Discrimination, slurs, or hate speech will lead to your permanent removal
  10. Follow the ROBLOX TOS & ROBLOX Community Standards

Severe violations will be punished by a 24 hour ban or a permanent ban and minor violations will receive 3 warnings and then a 24 hour ban

All roles inherit the permissions of the roles below them.

Non-Staff

Resort Guest
A guest of our resort.

Suspended
Member of the group who has been suspended from staff.

Notable Guest
A member who has been noted for their contributions to CE Resorts, this consists of former staff and developers/contractors.

Affiliated Representative
A member who represents an affiliate of our company.

Low Ranks

Awaiting Training
A member who has completed an application and can be trained to join the staff team.

Junior Staff
A member who has been trained to join the staff team.

Intermediate Staff
A staff member who has earned 100 points or has been promoted due to being recognized by an MR+.

Experienced Staff
A staff member who has earned 300 points or has been promoted due to being recognized by an MR+.

Middle Ranks

Intern
An admin rank, can be obtained by passing Intern applications available via links on the Discord. Members of this rank can co-host sessions, moderate the game, and join departments. They can also recommend LRs for promotion, and must follow our Admin guidelines.

Supervisor
A former intern who excelled in their position, and proved they are prepared for more responsibility.

Team Leader
A former supervisor who excelled in their position, and proved they are prepared for more responsibility.

Assistant Manager
A former team leader who has been recognized by higher-ups, and is now prepared for a management position.

Management
A former assistant manager who excelled and proved they are prepared for even more responsibility.

Service Manager
A former manager who excelled and proved they are prepared to become a service manager.

High Ranks

General Manager (15)
A former middle rank who now can host events.

Senior Management (10)
A former general manager who is now a member of our senior management team, and can rank LRs.

Board of Directors (6)
Members of this role are on the board of their respective department, with a maximum of 2 members per department.

Senior High Ranks (SHR)

Executive Assistant (3)
Members of this role co-lead a department, and can now rank HRs and may receive admin permissions on our Discord. They also can revoke blacklists, 24 hour bans, and warnings. They can manage LOAs, strike admin members, and terminate admin members. Development is not included in this list.

Members with this role lead a department, and play a major role in all decisions made regarding the group and its future. Development is not included in this list.
