Join us here! - Cedar’s Coffee
Hello employees, I’m Ryoshote - your Chairman.
We’ve taken our time to write up a a little ‘staff expectations and FAQ (frequently asked questions) thread’ to help you get a general understanding of what we expect of you.
Staff Expectations
-
Grammar:
Staff must use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation at all times. - Staff must be on topic and act mature at all times. (This is a requirement, whilist on a ‘shift’ we’d like you to act as professional, mature, and maintain excellent grammar to show we mean business, oh and smile! -
AFK (Away From Keyboard)
Staff must not go away from keyboard whatsoever. (IF you go away keyboard, head to the staff lounge and take a break! If you do not have access to it, we suggest that you leave the current server and rejoin once you have returned, this prevents inability to interact with customers to whom may think they’re being ignored.) -
Friendliness
Staff must act friendly, professional and completely mature towards other employees as well as customers. -
Supervising
Staff must ‘supervise’ or ‘moderate’ Cedar’s Coffee to make sure everyone is doing their job correctly and efficiently. (Staff must warn customers that they are breaking Cedar’s Coffee rules if they caught). -
Exploiting
Discussing, encouraging, or participating in dangerous, unethical, or illegal activities is forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking (exploiting) and blackmailing. - Anything staff-related is 100% confidential. -
Insulting
Swearing, insulting, bullying or harassing is deemed very inappropriate and doesn’t just break our rules, but Roblox’s as well. We will not tolerate any member of staff doing any of the following above. If caught, you will be punished or luckily let off with a warning.
Failure to follow these expectations will result in consequences (punishments), possibly costing a demotion or exile.
Thank you for taking your time to read,
warm regards,
Ryoshote - Chairman of Cedar’s Coffee (https://www.roblox.com/groups/4641524/Cedars-Coffee#!/about)
