The item Celestial Saturn - Roblox has a 8 second delay for it’s particles to start spawning in.
This effects its thumbnail not showing any particles and in doing so makes it looks like it doesn’t have any to begin with.
Expected behavior
I would make the effect spawn immediacy so the thumbnail can properly show the particles.
