Welcome to Celestro’s Interview Guide. Within this guide, you can find a detailed description as to what each role at interviews do as well as a script that you can use.
Session Roles
Host: The host is in charge of the session as a whole. They introduce themselves at the start of the session and also lock the session at XX:00. They complete the Discord shouts as well as the group shouts at the appropriate times.
Co-Host: The co-host assists the host with anything that the host may need assistance with. They introduce themselves at the start of the session and also go over the rules.
Interviewer: An interviewer takes up to 2 interviewees from the lobby into their office and copies and pastes the information from this guide After they have asked all the questions, they decide whether their interviewee has passed or failed.
Promoter: The promoter promotes any passers at the end of the session. They check that everyone was passed correctly by their interviewer.
Spectator: A spectator is an Intern or Executive Assistant+. They observe the session to see how it runs.

Alright, before we begin, I would like to go over a few keys to passing today that are vital. Please be silent while I do so.
You are only allowed to make two grammatical errors, as a third will result in an instant failure for this session.
Grammar mistakes will not count if you correct them before I do.
If your answer gets cut off, do not add on as I can view the chat logs.
Your responses should be thorough and constructed fairly well. Using as much detail as possible increases your passing.
If you copy and paste at any point throughout this interview, you will automatically fail, so please keep that in mind.

You must show effort and good work ethic for promotions. Hinting is strictly forbidden and will result in a blacklist.
