🍍 Customer Rules & Regulations

Trolling is not permitted in any Cerrato affiliated game.
→ 3 Verbal Warnings → Server Kick → Server Ban -
Exploiting in any way is not permitted in any Cerrato affiliated game.
→ Permanent Ban -
Mass spamming is not permitted in any Cerrato affiliated games.
→ 1 Verbal Warning → Server Kick → Server Ban
🥥 Staff Rules & Regulations

All rules and regulations listed under the ‘Customer Rules & Regulations’ must be followed by all staff members as well. In addition to server warnings/kicks/bans rank demotions may also be distributed by a High Rank staff member.

Grammar is not required to be used by staff while in-game. However, the sentences must be readable at all times. (Greetings must utilize proper grammar and punctuation)

Professionalism is a requirement of all Cerrato staff members. This includes but is not limited to being nice to others, respecting higher ranks, etc.

Points cheating is when you deliberately submit or hand an order that is incorrect to maximize the points received each time. This is not tolerated and will result in severe disciplinary action.

Alliance Requirements
- The corporation must consist of members which contain no bots or ALT/fake accounts.
- Your company must have a consistent activity and must be willing to host events with Cerrato.
- Your company must have over 2000 Roblox members & over 150 Discord members
- You must have a high reputation and heritage within the Roblox business industry.
- Companies in which fail to acknowledge the criteria will be dealt with accordingly.
Alliance Application
To submit an alliance application please answer the following questions below in a Relations Support ticket via our Communications server. When submitting an application we ask that you refrain from pinging staff.
- #1 Name of establishment and social medias. (Roblox group and discord server)
- #2 How did you come to find Cerrato?
- #3 What is your group about?
- #4 Why would your group like to ally with Cerrato?
- #5 How would your group benefit Cerrato?
- #6 Who will be representing if we pass your application?
- #7 Do you understand that if we decline that you can apply again after a week?
- #8 Do you have anything you’d like to add to your application?
Once you have completed all questions please allow up to 72 hours for your application to be properly reviewed by our Relations Department.
