Customer Conduct
Dress Code
Garments must be appropriate and kind. Any type of slander, oppressive and disrespectful content on clothing will not be tolerated. You will be asked to change your outfit.
Trolling & Exploiting
Do not troll. We do not tolerate any type of behaviour that may cause distress upon others (spamming included). This is simply not fair. Do not exploit. There is no excuse to ruin customer and staff experience. Exploiting will not be overlooked.
Advertising
This is strictly an environment we wish to promote our products.
Staff Conduct
Grammar & Professionalism
To be able to succeed here at Cerrato, you must remain professional whilst using grammar. Be polite to all customers and approach everyone positively.
Point Cheating
This is intolerable and will be handled with swiftly if you are caught point cheating. Point cheating is when you deliberately submit or hand an order that is incorrect to maximise the points received each time. By doing this you are proving that you aren’t willing to dedicate your time toward your job. You will be demoted immediately if caught doing this.
Infraction Information
Code Of Conduct Infraction
Upon breaching Cerrato Code of Conduct you will be processed by our Infraction system. Consequences must be implemented to prevent any disturbances occurring at the boba bar.
Consequences will be as followed:
• Warning
• Kick
• Warning
• Ban
• Demotion from your standing position.
Do not hesitate to inform a Corporate Assistant+ that there is a player not complying with our Code of Conduct.

Vital work personnel who have shown exuberance at Cerrato. These individuals have displayed worth time and time again enough to run departments.
Engineer
Developers of Cerrato assets.
Corporate Officer
Experienced Cerrato work personnel capable of executing flawless tasks behind the scenes at Cerrato such as departments and capable of running department if necessary.
Corporate Assistant
Interim Cerrato work personnel capable of tasks to assist behind the scene at Cerrato such as departments.
Manager
Highest Middle rank achievable. Considered to have discerned all Cerrato rules and regulations displaying worth to our Establishment.
Assistant Manager
Highly experienced individuals capable of assisting all during training and at the boba bar. More capabilities to help all at the boba bar.
Supervisor
Experienced individuals who have expanded their knowledge and skills. They have displayed their capabilities enough to assist all at the boba bar.
Shift Leader
The first Middle Rank. Individuals who are evidently skilled enough to assist all at the boba bar.
Kitchen Leader
Highest achievable low rank. Users who have gained this rank have displayed their capabilities and knowledge of our establishment consecutively.
Pastry Master
Highest Pastry rank. This rank is concerned with the making of pastries and has shown that they are capable of baking to the satisfaction of customers with dedication.
Pastry Chef
First Pastry rank. This rank is concerned with the making of pastries and has shown that they are capable of baking to the satisfaction of customers.
Senior Cashier
Highest Cashier rank. This rank is concerned with the making of our prized drinks and has shown that they are capable of baking to the satisfaction of customers with dedication.
Cashier
First Cashier rank. This rank is concerned with the making of our prized drinks and has shown that they are capable of baking to the satisfaction.
Trainee
Capable of running counter work and bringing drinks to customers. Must wait for training to officially earn points.
Honor Customer
Reputable customers who are dear to the Cerrato Community.
Thirsty Customer
Customers who are served by our lovely staff. Make an application to work here.
Partnership Information
Cerrato Partners Program
On behalf of the Communications department, we thank you for considering our establishment as a possible partner. Please read the following information to fully grasp what we require from your group.
Requirements
• The establishment must have over 300 members
• The establishment must be professional and have an exceeding reputation within Roblox and this industry.
• The establishment must have substantial activity and success.
• The establishment must comply with our Code of Conduct, Roblox Terms of Use etc.
Application
If your establishment is successful in meeting the criteria for possible partnership, fill out the questions below and record them in a google document.

#2 Why does your establishment wish to partner with Cerrato?
#3 How will a partnership between our establishments benefit us both?
#4 Describe the state of your establishment (activity etc.)
#5 State your representatives who will represent your establishment.
