Certain models I have or own aren't loading in the Inventory toolbox

Visual Aids:

System Information:
CPU: Intel i7-12700f 2.10Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 12GB
RAM: 32GB
OS: Windows 11 Pro Edition

I have also tried:

  • Closing and Reopening Roblox Studio.
  • Choosing a different place file expecting models I currently have or made to load.
  • Restarting my computer.
  • Clearing the cache.

None of the above have seemed to work.

Expected behavior

  1. Load up a place file
  2. Check your inventory
  3. See all of your models in your inventory correctly instead of certain or no models to load at all.

I have restarted and updated roblox studio many times and none of my models will load.

Hi @MochiFloofs @Trainsight, we’re still looking into the bug, but in the meantime, could you use the Revamped Asset Manager Beta, which allows listing assets from personal and group inventories now? Please let us know if there’s features missing there that you are using in Toolbox and we can look into adding them to the Asset Manager.

Hello, I want to report I am having this problem too. None of my assets, including plugins, will load, in fact this issue extends over to the Roblox creator dashboard.

When I considered the possibility that perhaps my inventory was reset or a similar situation and went to reinstall the plugin I intended to use, it said on the page that it was in my inventory.

When I tried to install it, I was greeted with this error:

Nothing I have tried to do to fix this has worked, including, reinstalling studio, signing out and signing back in, signing in on a different platform, etc. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to resolve this issue!

seems like this was fixed as i’m writing this
