Hello! I’m trying to add a member onto our development team in our group for coding help. Every time I go to do that, his name will not show up at all. Not as in the creator tab, profile search, or even through payouts. I can view the profile when clicking it through a link, but when it comes to any of these, I can not find him. Also, yes he is in the group as a member.
I use Windows 11 as my operating system and Firefox Mozilla as my browser of choice.
Incase it is group specific (which the Roblox search function not working leads me to believe it is not…), here is the group .
I thought he may have been shadow banned but, I was told to report this here when I asked for help.
The only spot where he appears (as this just came to my attention) is through the Configure Community tab, under members. Still all the other options such as Group Roles, Payouts, and Search function won’t work.
Expected behavior
When I search the name I expect it to appear in any tabs as long as he is in the group.
