These guidelines are implemented for the safety and satisfaction of members in Cesta’s community, all members are required to follow our rules and regulations together with Roblox’s Terms of Service. Any guidelines unfollowed will result in severe consequences by our High Rank Team, please do not avoid our guidelines.
- We ask you to respect everyone in this community. Any form of hatred or disrespect towards other members of the community is prohibited, even if you dislike or have enmity towards them.
- We do not accept offensive or inappropriate avatars while in our games or facilities.
- We prohibit all actions of exploiting by Roblox’s Terms of Service.
- We do not accept any advertisement of other groups, games, services or platforms at Cesta.
- Common sense is used within our community, damaging actions to our community are unacceptable and prohibited. At Cesta, we require you to think for yourself before you act, it should be reasonable enough to consider what is appropriate and what is considered inappropriate.

Low Ranks (Trainee - Executive Chef)
Our Low Ranks are guided to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all, they are responsible for interacting with other customers and serving our customers.
Middle Ranks (Restaurant Assistant - Assistant Executives)
Our Middle Ranks are responsible for being able to handle trollers and exploiters and able consistently assist others in situations, Staff Assistant+ may assist in trainings, Managers+ may co-host and Assistant Executives can host.
High Ranks (Executive Assistant - Corporate Officer)
Our High Ranks are dedicated and professional individuals who work more within the departmental side of Cesta, additionally they are trusted and hardworking people who strive towards meeting expectations. You may see them handling much larger issues in-game furthermore, all High Ranks are able to host trainings.
Leadership Team (Board of Directors - President)
Our Leadership Team’s responsibility is focusing on leading the group, they insure that the game and communications server is polished, active and thriving. In addition to setting a well example of professionalism to other ranks and managing the group as a whole.

Olá! We are ecstatic you have interest in affiliating with Cesta. This document covers information regarding expectations and requirements of our alliances. You can ask any member of the Relations team any questions you have, via a Relations Ticket in #ticket-support, prior to affiliating.
Activity Requirements
Your group must meet all the non-negotiable requirements in order to affiliate with Cestá.
Member Count
You must have a minimum of 100 non-botted members in your Roblox group.
Community Standing
Your group must have a positive representation in the Roblox community that it can maintain.
No selling ranks above LR level.
