I changed my name on ROBLOX and after it had updated on this forum, I lost access to the top1kdevelopers group.
Will this resolve itself at some point?
Hiya I’m not really sure, however try contacting the Developer Relations Team if it doesn’t update within 24/48 hours.
Changing username doesn’t change group ownership. You should be able to find back a message through your messages tab and alternatively through your past notifications.
That’s how I knew I had lost access to the group - whenever I tried to re-enter it, I was met with a “This is private” message
I’ve regained access after about 24 hours
